Rabbi Goldie Milgram's Bibliography
on Jewish Meditation and Spiritual Practice

Rabbi Milgram is author of:

Reclaiming Judaism as a Spiritual Practice, Meaning and Mitzvah, & Make Your Own Bar/Bat Mitzvah

This bibliography covers the books currently in my home library that I have found helpful in developing a lifestyle which seriously includes meditation and contemporary ritual within Jewish spiritual practice. Books without comments beside them are those I've read but don't seem to refer back to enough to have a comment to make.

As a reader you will have to reflect on each author's place in the spectrum of Judaism and then adjust how you apply the material in your own life based on your own values. If a book is not listed, that may mean I don't know about it or don't use it often enough to find it a viable recommendation, or it makes me uncomfortable for some reason.

Authors who do not find their book listed here are welcome to contact the list generator, Rabbi Goldie Milgram: RebGoldieM@aol.com or via my shipping address, 3014 Chapel Ave., Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.  This list will be updated bi-annually. If type faces vary in size on this page, it has to do with my word processor's idiosyncrasies, or my limitations at working with the web and does not reflect an opinion on my part.
