CELTA is highly respected along with Trinity. Perhaps the most respected of the TEFL Courses.But, it is expensive and in my opinion really only for people who have had at least a couple of years experience in the classroom before taking the course. I think a newbie would find it too difficult and the pressure to great.
My advice? Get a more basic course and see if you like teaching then take a CELTA if you plan to continue in the business.
By the way, CELTA is a course, it doesn't offer job placement. That *may* come from the school you take CELTA at.

Most people would say Ho Chi Minh City because it's much larger than Hanoi and it's much more business-oriented and therefore more opportunities to teach English. However, exactly because of that thinking that you should choose Hanoi. Why? You'll have much less competition there. Hanoi is the capital and there are always people who need to learn English there. But because most CELTA graduates flock to HCMC, there's actually a shortage of teachers in Hanoi. Take the road less traveled and you'll be rewarded!Anne Said:

Hmm - you could do better than that!I think that you could use somthing a little bit more intelligent - possibly something that consitst of four components (which would represent the quartet) - well even if you don't include that in the name - perhaps you could make your logo up from four parts.
Regarding names:
1. How about the '4 steps'
- steps - leading to a goal.
- 4 - referring to the 4 skills (as well as you 4!)
2. Stage 4?

If you are coming over to Asia looking for teaching work (which I would also highly recommend), you may not need any additional qualifications to find a well paid job teaching English as a second/foreign language.
