Since it is High School Level you seek, you simply need to contact a school with online courses that is willing to hire you. Of course, you still have the same requirements as state teaching in classrooms require, such as a B.A. in education, with emphasis in Science in your case and a teacher certification or licensure. there are 6.2 million teachers in the US, with schools in every community. There are perhaps a thousand online schools in the US, with perhaps a couple thousand teachers, maybe a couple hundred science teachers. The jobs are just not there for online. (and if you do find one, think of the competition... new teacher vs veterans)
the bigger problem is that you would not have the time. Teaching high school is overwhelming for new teachers. You will be consumed for the first five years or so with planning, grading etc.
