Can I teach at a community college with this degree? We Answered:
At many ccs, if you have over 18 (or 24 - depends on the school) graduate level credits in a field as part of that degree, you'll be able to teach it. So if, as part of that math teaching master's degree, you get 18 or 24 graduate level credits in math, you may qualify.I'd have you contact the community colleges local to you and discuss this with them. College math teachers in many regions are in high enough demand that some colleges are flexible like this. But ask first!
