Edgar Said:

i wanna work in korea for the summer to teach english...?

We Answered:

I'm afraid your age may go against you. I have a friend who's 22 in Korea and it took her a while to get somewhere. They normally consider 21 and above but perfer the more mature ones, with a degree, native speakers of English, have experience and qualified. Then again that is not a rule, so you may get lucky and find a private institute that would take you.
If you don't have a degree, then you should at least have a CELTA or Trinity TESOL. Both are recognised world wide to teach English anywhere in the world. You can do a CELTA in an intensive month, 3 months or 1 year.
Some institutes may require this plus a degree some may not require anything at all.
Trying googling private institutes who are small companies that may take yu on. Only big schools, colleges and agencies pay for your board and travel fees. And you would normally have to stay with them for more than a year then you will get your travel money.
Do some research on some of the things I told you and you will learn a lot about this subject.
Good luck

Wendy Said:

What company can I go through to teach English for a summer?

We Answered:

I think it's very unlikely that you will find work for just the Summer in Japan or Taiwan. Most jobs go on a year contract and, if there is a short term contract available, it is likely to be offered to teachers already out there who are on their vacation from school.

I love Aosta too!

Teach English In China During Summer -- 18 y/o Male -- [I AM FULLY WHITE] -- Application?

We Answered:

You won't find gainful employment in China for the summer, so unless you are prepared to pay money to teach as a volunteer, I would advise you to wait unti you have a diploma. However, if you want to earn a TEFL, try http://journeyeast.org you can earn a TEFL certificate and get practical experience working in China, plus touring.

The problem with finding paid work for the summer, is that you cannot earn a wage without a work Z Visa. Summer programs offer F or L business visas, which allow you to do a sort of culture exchange, but you cannot earn a wage legally. If you want to work illegally.. well.. that's your own risk..
