Teaching English in Indonesia!?

We Answered:

I have been living in Indonesia for more than 10 years and I enjoy life here. People are very kind and it's a safe country in spite of the negative image caused by some bomb case. I can tell you that because, I have been traveling a lot in the country, for my job, often alone, and as far it has been fine (And I'm a woman).
About EF, they have good fame here but I don't know about their contractual habits, I mean, I don't know if they give good working condition or not. So just check with them in your contract: what facilities they give, health care etc...
But do not worry about the country itself. Jakarta is a big city with most facilities you might need, just a bit hot and humid.

How to teach english as foreign language for students in primary school?

We Answered:

For younger students, you can use a lot of pictures and words to learn simple phrases and sentences. You should draw, use your hands and movements to explain words. Songs and nursery rhymes help children remember words. Remember to be patient!
