You seem to have some teaching experience. Now, you just need to find a way to convince the department head at the college that you are competent and reliable enough to teach a class on your own.Take a class or two at the school. Learn about their programs from a students perspective and meet some of the teaching staff. Continue tutoring when you can. Ask your teachers if they need somebody to help fill in teaching (maybe for a vacation or a sick day or something similar).
The more people you meet in the program, the more comfortable they will be with your teaching there. Oh, and if it isn't obvious already, take some classes in education and public speaking to give you more credentials and keep your skills fresh. Good luck!
