Use the Reference section and search in the Journal of Elementary Science Education. The articles are not very current as they stop in 2003. I think the full article is available.
Another option is to find the hard copy with this info. at a college library or you may know someone to help you who has access to their colleg library on line.
National Science Standards has info on methods and trends but , of course, is not a magazine.
