All you need to do is search and ontain information and make a decision. There are many people available to help you through the process. It will take some deep and continuous investigation on your part until you are sure of where you want to go. Your local elementary school will know who are the organizations in your town who work with the ESL kids and their families.Do you have migrant farm workers or some special population where ministries and community organizations congregate? If so, churches will have info on their programs to minister to this population.
Also call Catholic Social Services (in your phone book). They have a refugee resettlement program, and there might be families in your town who need help.

In relation to the cost of living, South Korea has the highest teacher salary. In relation to dollar pay, Germany outstrips Japan by about $9,000.However, if you want to work in an English language school, your best bet is an International School. In addition to a generous salary and benefits, you receive housing, health and travel allowances. Some will even provide you with a car.
