It depends on what your ld is and what steps you have taken to compensate for it. I know teachers who have ADD, dyslexia, bipolar disorder, etc. From my experience, most of them have limitations on what they can teach. They usually work in elementary or special ed.
If you want to teach middle school, you will still need to pass tests in math (up to like 8th grade skills). Get some tutoring to pass the test. You still need to do math to calculate grades, etc. See if you can get a computer program if you have difficulty doing that.
