Some people assume that if you educate a child about something they will become that way or become corrupt. There was a big thing about teaching drugs in school. Parents assumed if kids learned about the effects of drugs they will go out and do them. It could be the same thing. If they are taught about child development they could go out and have babies. No, sex education is for the most part not being taught enough or effectively.The schools now have the responsibility to teach so much that was once taught by parents- for some kids , most of what they learn, except about drugs, violence and abuse is learned at school.
The parent`s who scream about their child knowing about SEX are way out of touch - with their children and today`s world.
How many thousand`s of girls get pregnant because they do not have the basic clinical fact`s of reproduction and same can be said for boys too.

- Names of schools, really depends on where you are and where do you want to learn. New schools pop up "daily". The list is "staggering".- Theories of teaching adults....treat them like students, but respect their position in life.
Techniques of teaching...no one technique works for every situation. Develop a series of techniques based on the student's ability and your comfort zone.
Using Vision aids.....the world is your oyster. Use whatever is available, from Microsoft Office, to the Internet, to photos in a magazine. the sky is the limit.
Scholars of these schools.....not sure what you want here....most "adult" schools are not going to offer scholarships, and the scholars, who are the teachers, vary from school to school.
Teaching Methodologies....see my remarks concerning techniques of teaching.

There is NO credible evidence that evolution, other than speciation that we can observe happens. None of the so called "missing links" have been shown to be credible. To teach evolution as fact is simply NOT true. When I went to school studying biology, I was taught many things that are used to support the evolution theory, but these things have been shown to be NOT true. A good example is the idea that gills form in human embryos showing that we decended from fish as part of the evolutionary tree. The "gills" in human embryos have nothing whatsoever to do with the respiration system in humans. The gills in human embryos are just folds that develop into the bones of the ear, yet, it is still in text books today. Telling kids that an appendage on a whale's belly is proof that the whale used to live on land and the appendage is a remnant of a leg is just stupid and not science at all. That appendage is necessary for reproduction activities in the whale to mate. It is not a leg from the past! This type of garbage is being promoted as facts and it is NOT science and it is not the truth. We should be promoting truths, not theories that have NO scientific basis. In order to believe evolution happened where we all came from some primordial soup requires huge amounts of believing so many assumptions that it becomes bizarre.There is a web site that is offering $250,000 to anyone that can show proof that evolution is true. This has been up for 11 years and no one has been able to do so. Evolution is not based on facts, but is a religion. Any of the facts that have been disproved should be taken out of the text books that our tax dollars are paying for. Let's put only facts in these books.
The basic principal of biology has nothing to do with evolution. There are many areas of biology that are relevant and should be taught. I know of no doctor that needs to know the basis for the origination of a species to be a good doctor.
Many christian schools are teaching different forms of evolution, but the one that we know from a scientific fact is birthed in the true definition of science and that is something we can observe, repeat, and make accurate predictions on what will happen. We know that speciation occurs because we can see it happen. Have you ever seen a dog become a horse? Has anyone? The second law of thermodynamics tells us that everything deteriorates. The only way this can be changed is to add energy to a system, but the system must have a mechanism that can use the energy. The only such thing in nature I know of that can do this is photosynthesis. To believe that we all came from a rock and somehow became human is ludicrous at best. No one has been able to demonstrate this, ever. That is a belief and it is a religion, not science.
Teaching a subject like evolution as fact or science would be false and not truthful, so christian schools should not be teaching it as it is being done in public schools. This should not be taught in public schools either because it is a religion, not science.

yeah i'm in high school right now and i've had to watch that movie with al gore like 4 times. i think they're just trying to make us not pollute the environment and all that gay stuff but i agree lol, its a dumb theory
