how can u as a teacher bring about innovative changes in the teaching learning process? We Answered:
My suggestion may not be innovative, but concentrate on bringing back proper spelling, capitalization, and punctuation rules.Text-speak is counterproductive to the learning process.

I have to describe a preschool centre by 'the context, design and layout of teaching/learning spaces'?We Answered:
Why can't they speak in plain English?Signage is the signs as a group and how they are placed. So I would guess it means are classrooms labeled, do new parents have signs to direct them where they need to go, etc. It could even be posted regulations and even the signs that tell the name of the center outside.
Faculty placement would be how the staff is used. Some may be in the same room all day long and some may "float" from room to room. How are the staff members used to cover each class?
I only worked in a "preschool" for one year, but thes answers are based on what I saw during that time. The rest of my time has been in public school.

Is anyone studying a Foundation Degree in Teaching & Learning ?We Answered:
This sounds like something new, as I have not taken it, but I may be Grandfathered as I have not been told it is a requirement for me. Is it a single class or a set of seminars, I wonder. Sounds interesting.Renee Said:
What are core beliefs that are important to you when you think about teaching, learning, and leadership? We Answered:
Teaching-be passionate about your subject. Learn something new about it continually.Learning-believe it is a lifelong endeavor and everyone CAN learn.
Leadership-Never ask of someone else what you aren't willing to do and give yourself. If you are the leader, the buck stops with you. Protect your people and back them up. Most meetings are a waste of time and prevent people from successfully doing their jobs. Give clear expectations and examples of your expections, model your expectations, and then let people do their jobs. When someone isn't performing as you wish, don't dispose of them, train them, teach them, grow them. Continue to do the job of the people you supervise frequently enough to remember how hard it can be. Have compassion. You gain more in a happy work environment, than a back-biting or negative work environment.

I recommend acoustic. An acoustic guitar can be less expensive than an electric one and also requires less maintenance, the strings do not need to be changed that often and if you buy nylon strings they will not get rusty.
Second reason to buy an acoustic guitar first is so you can get used to it, and most of the time it is better for your fingers, the strings are softer, or at least they feel softer than an electric guitar strings.
I'd recommend getting an acoustic guitar first, dominate it and get comfortable with it and a few months later you can buy an electric guitar.
Cheers'
