In order to work as a teacher of languages (but this also applies to other subjects) in Italy you must have:a degree
a post-degree diploma (and pass the final exam).
As regards trainingships- assistantships you must have a degree or be at the last year of university with good marks and pass a selection.

You might try to work in a private school; in this case they mostly ask for experience or certificates (eg the tkt Cambridge exam for English).
