Show me positions opened in teaching english in Paris, France? We Answered:
With your education I am, frankly, amazed that you would look for important information to further your career in a "Paris Travel" blog. Surely you know how to use the resources at your disposal beyond this Q & A site. That said, there is little chance for you to get a job in Paris doing anything. There are many teachers in the EU that can do this job you seek and they are all in line ahead of you by law. I don't see any reason why you would be able to show any unique skill that would qualify you ahead of any of them. Do you even speak French? The first requirement would be to speak better French than even English.
Sorry, but that is the harsh reality and with all of your education you don't appear to be too bright to me. This is not the right place to be conducting a job search.

Likelihood of getting an english teaching assistants position in France? We Answered:
Actually I may have some advice in an around about fashion. My sister-in-law, who graduated from an american university with a degree in french, had the opportunity to teach English in a Paris university on an exchange program. They sent a graduate student to the States to teach french to high school students and she went to teach english to high school students (or their equivalent) for two years. So my suggestion is to contact, not the embassy, but your university to see if they have a similar program. Hope this helps.Sharon Said:

I'd like to do a gap year in France, possibly teaching english/music? How do I organise this?We Answered:
I'm afraid this will be hard. To get a job in a state school you'll need to be studying at University and to get a job teaching English at a private school you'll not only need a degree but also have a passport from an EU country.Sorry!

How can I become an English teaching assistant in France? We Answered:
I am an English teacher in Korea and basically, to get in was simple enough. A BA/BS opens the door. A TEFL certification is normally desired, but some schools (especially Hagwans) will let you in without it, but you still have to work on it. I would contact the French Education Department listed below.GO BUCKEYES!!!

How do I look for an English teaching job in France? We Answered:
Teaching in France is mainly business English and this means teaching telephone skills, business practice and so on. You will also need a degree and a TEFL Certiticate which are the minimum qualifications for teaching there.
