how can teachers remember all the names of students their teaching? they have new students every year, how couWe Answered:
I know all my students in 3 days, as long as they are in the classroom. Once they are in hallway I have no clue who they are.I memorize them visually. I have a seating chart and I picture it in my mind when I call on them. I can see names on the chart and I start matching them with faces. I'm also weird I memorize last names first because I have a lot of repeat names. When I see someone who is now in high school I can always remember their last name.

What is involved in student teaching? We Answered:
Student teaching is exactly like regular teaching except you pay to do your student teaching...8 hours/day, 5 days/week. Usually they ease you into teaching full-time. Depending on how apt you are at teaching and how much freedom your cooperating teachers are willing to give you. I did miss one day for some sort of mid-semester workshop.I had two cooperating teachers. When I taught the classes of one teacher, he simply disappeared and I never saw him again except for a few times when he stopped by after class to see if I needed anything. The other guy sat in the room a few days and then he disappeared, too. He checked with me everyday, but pretty much let me do what I wanted.
I was lucky I liked both of my cooperating teachers. I would hate to get stuck with a teacher I didn't like. they could really sabotage your experience.
Good luck!

Do high schools need to teach every student advanced math?We Answered:
If I was forced to be taught advanced math in high school I would still be there. At the moment I can't think of any time in my life where calculus or trigonometry was useful. Algebra on the other hand is something I find using every so often.Betty Said:
Do martial arts instructors teach each student every move in their style? We Answered:
every instructor is different. and like nwohioguy said a lot of instructors forgot of what the know, as much as he was joking around he was telling the truth.it takes decades to learn a style and a life time to master it. there is too much for one person to learn everything.
as for me i dont teach any one student everything, my advance students, i teach different kata's to, i leave it to them to teach each other the kata i didn't teach them, it helps me evaluate what they have learned and to see there understanding of the techniques. and i get to yell at them more when they screw it up. lol
i have learned a lot of weapons over the years, and not all my students have the same passion as i do for weapons. so it is difficult for me to teach any single one all my weapon knowledge.
