hi, i am currently working as a TA and as a qualified teacher i can see both sides of the story. As a teacher i don't think i could live without a TA, as they are able to do the things for you that we just dont have time for. However working as a TA has showed me that they are under appreciated, especially in my area, we are the teachers slaves and are expected to do things that aren't even in our job description. most of the teachers are rude and just expect us to do things rather than asking. the pupils do not have the same respect for us as the teachers which i feel is wrong, but the teachers do nothing to help this, they will say such things as 'TA can you photocopy this?' or'the TA will do it' we do have names you know. I know for certain when i teach again i shall be extra nice to my TA as my job would be so much harder without them.Ted Said:

Sorry but I don't think schools find and pay for housing that is what your suppose to do with your salary and its your job to find your own house and pay the bills
