Do I have the option to teach middle school Physical Education if I major in Liberal Studies?

We Answered:

If you're already along with your BA in Liberal Studies, it may just be easier to do a post-bac teaching certificate. Many colleges offer these programs, and they are usually one year of graduate work. (quicker than getting a full Master's degree)

Barry Said:

What do I need to do in middle school, if I want to be a humanities and phys. ed teacher?

We Answered:

Take foreign language as early as you can and as much as is offered. Other than that, just follow a college preparational course of studies...take the hard stuff...do the best that you can, and see what happens.

Anthony Said:

I have the strictest school uniform code. How can I personalize my uniform? *going into middle school*

We Answered:

GEEZ!! It's like they are trying to make you be what they want you to be. That isn't right!

Anyways, try wearing cute nail polish, cute earrings, and shoes. And maybe a necklace and rings. And a scarf, if they allow that.

Jeffrey Said:

Can I teach middle school Physical Education with a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies?

We Answered:

To be a teacher you have to have an education degree. A specials teacher usually has a dual degree in education and in the specialized area which in your case would be P.E. You would then need to get a teaching license for your state.
